Reset. Reframe. Reclaim.

January has a way of arriving heavy.
The year barely begins and already the noise is loud.
The world feels tense.
The pace feels unforgiving.
And many high-performing professionals are quietly running on empty.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, burned out, or unsure why everything feels harder than it used to, you’re not broken.
You’re responding to a world that rarely makes space to pause.
This Is Why Choose Joy Exists
The Choose Joy Initiative was created for people who lead, build, and give consistently, but don’t always have a place to land.
This work is about creating intentional pauses that help you:
-Reset your nervous system
– Reframe what’s actually happening beneath the overwhelm
– Reclaim a sense of agency, clarity, and self-connection
Not through hustle.
Not through toxic positivity.
Through reflection, community, and simple, repeatable practices.
Because the only constant is change.
And how we meet it matters.
A Personal Note
This work is deeply personal.
I began my own reflective journey during postpartum depression, a season where I felt disconnected from myself and unsure how to find my way back. What helped wasn’t a dramatic overhaul, but small, supportive practices and people who understood how to hold space while I unraveled and rebuilt.
That’s the spirit behind Choose Joy.
Not fixing.
Not forcing.
Just beginning again, on purpose.
